Bucket Trucks at the 2021 event

Get ready to make a difference with us at the electrifying 16th annual “Fill the Bucket” food drive event, where compassion meets action!  This year, on Saturday, November 18, we're supercharging our efforts to support local families in need, and we're inviting YOU to join forces with the dedicated members of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) at LPEA.

Every form of support counts! While our bucket trucks stand ready to receive your generous food contributions, we know the power of cash donations. Monetary contributions allow food banks to purchase essential items in short supply. Want to contribute funds? It's easy! Visit us at the event, or if you prefer, swing by the LPEA offices in Pagosa Springs or Durango. Rest assured, every penny reaches the food banks. We're aiming to shatter records this year! With 6,022 pounds of food and $1,403.29 collected last year, we're setting our sights even higher! Imagine the difference we can make together in 2023!

Where's the Action?

  • Durango: Albertson's parking lot from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. benefiting the Durango Food Bank.
  • Pagosa Springs: City Market and Natural Grocers parking lots from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. benefiting Healthy Archuleta.

So, mark your calendars! Let’s ignite the spirit of giving, bond with our neighbors, and energize our communities. With your support, we're not just filling buckets; we're filling hearts and homes with hope and sustenance. See you there with your spirit of generosity in tow! Together, we're an unstoppable force of positive change!
