Accidents happen, and when they do, unexpected electrical outages can occur. We recently experienced an incident where an excavator took down a utility pole and did not notify us. Whether it's a construction mishap or a vehicle colliding with power poles or an underground transformer, please remember to reach out to LPEA promptly to notify us about a possible outage.  

When it comes to power outages, the safety of our community members is our top priority. We understand that accidents happen, such as trees falling on power lines or vehicles colliding with poles. To ensure the well-being of everyone involved, we kindly request that if you notice anything out of the ordinary during an outage, such as a tree in the line or a damaged pole, or if you are responsible for an outage, please contact our main office immediately. If it is a life-threatening situation, dial 911 immediately. Your quick response can make a significant difference in preventing potential hazards and expediting the restoration process.
